Despite the car delivery being delayed due to a fault with a part, Amber always kept me updated and made sure the car was delivered as soon as possible.

Despite our vehicle being placed on hold by Mini, Neil, Alex and Dan at the dealership were excellent at putting our minds at ease and, although not needed, Dan was helpful in offering us a loan car to help with our disabled son.
